What do I do next??

I have an online boating supply store that has around 1/8 or less of the products that I am able to sell on the site. We did approx. 100k in sales this year on a very small nich part of that business. (Most just the towable tubes area). I have slowly been adding the rest of the other products to the site. Business has pretty much stopped do to the weather and the off season.

I am able to get thousands of items related to RV and camping supplies. What I'm wondering is if I should start building a site for that area since the season is a bit longer than the boating season, and try and get that going by the spring. Or since I have only touched a small part of the boating industry, should I keep working on that area before going off to another industry?

I dont have the time to do both at the same time. This is still a part time business for me.

The site is in my signature. Any suggestions on the site, or on business is appreciated.

    Thanks

why not start the camping now and at least get the better selling items online so they are available for Xmas and then resume the boating site?
