What do I charge for renting out an entire site?

Keep in mind. These sites have good domain names though not .coms TLD's like .net, .org, or .info

They are conform to exact searches on the Google keyword tool. They have no traffic now but can be made to get traffic easily or at least easier than other domains. I'm talking keyphrases which get searches between 100,000 a month and 2 million a month.

I'd like to charge 100 a month but probably I'd have to charge 50 a month and honestly I'd have probably have to settle on 30 dollars a month though that would be tough. Below that is impossible. Probably I'll take 50 because that's reasonable.

So give me your thoughts. I know a lot of people don't like site renting. However, assume you do then tell me what is a good price. If you say 30 dollars a month then that's o.k. though I prefer higher.

With 30 I would take out 10 for the hosting fee and 20 dollars would be the profit.

Hm.. sounds like an interesting idea. I am actually thinking about leasing some websites. Can you please PM me what kind of sites you have? Thanks!

The sites have no PR. However, it's difficult to get keyphrases (by themselves with nothing added) on domain names. So that's why people would rent the site. For example, the keyphrase "JobsInNy" is difficult to get on a high TLD .com, .net, .org, .info by itself. Note I said by itself with nothing added like MyJobsInNy or something like that.

However, I can do SEO work for free for your site and it shouldn't be that hard to build up PR.

Considering the work the webmaster has to do that's why perhaps the price wouldn't be as high as I'd like.
