What do I call this kind of script?

I created a small program (and I use the term loosely) using just html. It's a simple script that displays a map where users can click on a state and it takes them to another page about that state. here is a preview: http://bigsensation.com/directory.html

I want to give this away and I'm looking for places to submit it. However, places like hotscripts.com asks if it's php, asp, java, etc... This is just a simple html directory with images and coordinates.

So what category would I submit this in? I haven't found anywhere that has a category for "html scripts". What is what I created commonly called or referred to as? Does anyone know where I can submit it?

    Thanks!

As far as the name goes you can call it 'North America Image Map' and you can submit it to the 'tool and utilities' category over at Hotscripts.
