What do Google and Yahoo Penalise for that Live doesn't?

    Hi,

    One of my sites rank very well (over 3 years old) in LIVE but its had penalties applied by Google and Yahoo (this has been confirmed). So my question is what are G & Y checking for that LIVE isn't? Or what are G & Y doing wrong? Any ideas? :)

    A good question. Google have the most powerful and hardest algoritm of them all... Live.com and Yahoo are, what I think, very likely.

    But thats just what I think...

    I don't particulary know what google and Yahoo are doing different from live but I always find it easier to rank in MSN than the other too

    How were these penalties confirmed for Yahoo and Google? Did they tell you over the phone or via email?

    They said you were penalized but didn't say why?

    My sites rank better in Google than Yahoo and Live :S... Live get the sites faster than Google but Google rank better.

    For my sites.
