Should I try again, or am I wasting my breath (or finger tips?)

What did the disciples do that you think was illegal and how does it make all the Christians hypocrites in this aspect?

Please take at least one moment to answer the question, I am begging you... kind of... lol. Even offering you the out of posting the site you got this idea from. please?! pretty please with sugar on top?!?

(P.S. Calling Christians hypocrites is laughable, since everyone including Christians, athiests, muslims, you-name-itology can all be called a hypocrite somewhere in life because no one is perfect. )

....not just the disciples, but early christianity itself. Its late tonight so here is from the top of my head, from memory, but too bad the bible only gives the writer's point of view (there are two sides of a story ;) )

-When king heriod search for Mary and Joseph with Jesus, they flee to egypt (they had no money and were not egyptian , sounds like illegal immigration)
-Peter arrested in the acts (how many times?)for breaking the law
-Disciples are stoned for creating a disturbance in acts
    -Paul cause uproar in athens
-Paul causes a riot in Ephesus

etc. the list goes on on

Now I know christians will defend the above, but these actions were seen as illegal in the eyes of the citizens in those countries.

I am saying some christians in this forum are hypocrites, I don't remember saying all christians around the world are, and I gave a reason why, so I'm not repeating it again, but you can read this:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=2844160&postcount=18

wow I guess you are blind. So you must have not seen where I say this is not from a site, all you have to do is read your own bible.;)

It really amazes me how strongly fartbreath is trying to argue his side...it amazes me because no matter how strongly he does this, all I hear is the same arguments without anything to back them up...face it windtalker, you're done.

This is a complete joke.... First with Paul and Peter - I would have to agree with their actions to obey God rather than man. That isn't hypocritical at all, it is in God's word.

This part you have yet to back up with anything, so everytime you say they were illegal you are only gettng laughed at.

Pointing to your post that claimed hypocracy with nothing to back up? - See prior note about being laughed at.

I do read my Bible, and yet still never read about illegal immigration.

Could you try and I mean try to back up your claim?
If not, don't expect anyone to give you anymore attention here, because you are only proving yourself to be clueless.

First of all, I am both a Christian and an American. Two of the tenants of America is that religion shall not dictate the course of government, nor shall government dictate the course of religion. Now, the views that individuals have on a subject can easily be shaped by their religion. And those views often shape their political opinions. But at the same time, all Americans have a responsibility not to try to push their religion on others through the law.

It is in our own heart, and through our own actions that we are to serve God, not through the laws of the land.

As an American, I believe that rewarding illegal action is completely and utterly stupid.

At the same time, I also believe in sheltering refuges, so long as they actually come to a government agency and ask to be let in... and naturalize here, rather than demand that the laws of the nation they are fleeing not follow them to our country.

I also believe that breaking the law in order to test it in our supreme courts is a very good thing.

It is only considered "god's" word to a christian . I am sure others see it (including the ancient citizens) as criminal. ;)

I have already backed up my statement. The only people who would be foolish enough to laugh are people who worship a 2000 year old dead guy  ....but if I cared about what they would do, I would not have created this thread ;)

Then read my above post again.

I already have shown you, but it is a waste of my time to keep repeating to a ignorant person.

I have no offence to muslim ppl but...

I am from Europe and my country is in European Union. Now they consider to allow turkey to join the "club", I cant imagine it, it will be much better if Ukraine for example join EU. (Probability of bombing local airport or smthg is far less if it will be Ukraine instead turkey)

Could someone show me where windtalker actually printed proof of his illegal immigration accusation? Or is he just full of hot air?

All I see is that since they were not liked by some of the locals then they must have been ILLEGAL Immigrants..LOL

Cry me a river, nothing you posted proves anything. simple as that. boo hoooo

I don't think I have ever tried so many times with someone to give an answer besides "read my post #18" which tells us nothing. You assume that somehow they are illegal immigrants but you can't back it up.

You have officially joined the ranks of AGS on this forum.

Sorry I can't cry for you, I'm actually laughing. :D

Then read the whole thread. Read post 18. Read my other response to you in this thread. Mabe some sense may actually get into your head. ;)

I already have, you just don't want to accept the truth, which is different from not backing up my words. ;)

This is coming from a guy who worships a 2000 year old dead man.

Since no one knows what you're talking about, care to re-post it again in detail? And please don't post a link to your #18 post

now that you are stating your opinion, lemme ask you this:

why is it so hard for some people to tolerate the belief of others? Freedom of religion, equal right, freedom of choice. All of that is priceless to me. I have many atheist friends and I don´t preach to them, but when asked about my beliefs, I let them know.

Before I came to Christ, I was annoyed with many Christians who tried too hard to convert me. But that is them, not the way I believe Jesus and his disciples practiced.

What is it about Christians and Christianity that you dislike?
