What directory service is the best,I have $150 to spend

I used a service called http://www.digixmas.com/. I think it cost me like 75 dollars and I had the ability to submit 5 urls to over 500 directories. Nothing special but its a start and does get you some back links. It has directories from PR0-6. The downside is that you have to fill in the captcha images yourself to each different directory.

 

I can do 1000 directory submission in $80.
