what difference for two software

    when i made sitemap.xml.
    I use a software is about:
    - <url>
    <loc>http://www.bedbag.org/html/info_802.html</loc>
    </url>

    I use another software is about:

    - <url>
    <loc>http://www.bedbag.org/html/info_802.html</loc>
    <priority>0.1</priority>
    <changefreq>monthly</changefreq>
    </url>

    Can you tell me the diffierence?

    one has a priority and a change frequency while the other one doesn't.

    (functionally they will both work)

    As above said, both will be working, but the latter one is better.
