What did you earn this month (well last month)

well wsop pays out 11 million for first =)

I have played in 3 total wsop events and havent placed in the money yet. I actually just got back from playing at the wsop event at the RIO (1500 buy in). I was hoping to win a seat in the 10k buy in this weekend but i suck so =)

Its more a hobby for me. I have a close rl friend who is a professional. He is already over 800k this year in wsop earnings

 

Sold out in two days! last year a little over 800 people this year 6,600 people. Everyone at the final table will be a millionaires. Also they will be paying over 600 places, not too bad.

Poker is turning out to be one tough sport.

I played in the 1500 buy in that started last wednesday. I placed 350 something. (not good enough =( )

between work and travel i dont get out much locally to be honest =)

 

For the several of you that did $6-7k , you're my motivation. That's my next goal.. but i've been lazy on adsense lately (trying to diversify into affliiates.. much harder).

I did about $1,500 on adsense and $500 on affiliates... not bad for a 1 hour a day job

 

It's my first week and I've barely broken double digits (well triple digits really!)

 

combined with sales, about $1500. Btw did you guys know Jennifer Tilley won the ladies WSOP event and is dating Phil Laak. weird. Also new idea, make 30 sites like my current rather than my current 30x as awesome. Might work...

I must be doing something wrong, well probably am doing everything wrong, as I've made less than $10 from all of my sites in the last 6 months...

 

whitekit: that's sort of what I work on.
1) Build a site, get links into it, get some traffic.
2) do 1) every month.
3) As sites start to exit the sandbox, watch to see what works well and what's crap.
Change the crap, duplicate what works.

In theory this should make me richer.
I'll let everyone know in about 18 months time when 30 + sites are running.
And yes, all mysites have unique content (with the exception of affiliates).

 

I made just over $50. Which is what I'd made in the 6 months before joining DP. I've learned to focus my pages in terms of layout and content.

Made $250 from flogging poker software on a site as well (no adsense on that though).

So while I'm hardly printing it, atleast this is a free hobby.

 

Wow. Then call me a huge phoney! Haven't been here in way too long because in just an hour of browsing I've picked up some great new info. Everyone has more to learn and contribute regardless of your current level.
