I have to work very hard for 3 month with about 10-13 hour/day. So now i am very tired and stress. I want to relax but i can not. Can anyone tell me how can i do? I can take vacation now because my work is very busy. i heard about YOGA but i've never tried. And i also know that, i do it wrong way, it will make my health worst. Any help will be appriciate
Yoga & Meditation could help but you need extreme concentration doing both and with wrong postures of Yoga you could even damage your body so I won't recommend doing that without any proper teacher/knowledge. In you case you could try Meditation (if you want to concentrate) and try to relax. I could only suggest meditation because I've tried this and it really works.
I rarely visit meditation sites because I read books on this topic only as data on sites could be misleading (not always). Unfortunately, when i come home, my family usually went to bed (about 10PM) so i only eat and go to sleep too. . but your ideas is also good. To CountryBoy: You are rite. Eat and sleep make people relax. But i am very easy to be fat. So i am on diet. By the way, i am very thank you for all your advices.
Thinking whatever happens doesn't matter works for me. I think my life will go on, good or bad, whatever happens, I can only try my best make things better. Generally that works for me.
when i am really stressed because of work or family life i tend to go for a nice drive or go out paintballing or even gokarting. that tends to really relax you and chear you up a bit.
My best advice for you is to go and sit with you family in your free time. Talk to them, I am sure you will loose your half tiredness and stress. Rest half you can reduce by taking short breaks of 15-20 mins after working one or two hours. Best of luck Jyoti
