See... it's just silly. THIS thread ranks number 7 for pesinsight, yet my actual website is so low!

OK so the robots file did nothing. In fact I am now down as low as 51 for my own keyword! This is just ridiculous. I have tried finding contact information for Google, but to no avail. The only people I can contact is the adsense team, who refuse to offer help or explination.

I have hundreds of incoming links, so I know that is not the problem. And I remain top of Yahoo and every other engine for keywords, just not Google. I am getting really pissed off to be honest, because currently a stupid wikipedia article is topping the search for "pesinsight"... and once I have had that removed, it will be an admin zone thread, which is just embarassing.

You can always edit the wikipedia article to add your link.

Okay, let's try again. You have a few links to your site by the address pesinsight.com instead of www.pensight.com. I don't know if this is what may be causing your problem, but I did have a problem with Google dropping my index page out of the listings because I got a link to website.com instead of www.website.com and I'm just guessing that Google considered it dupe content. Only your site doesn't seem to be having the same problems mine did. I just used htaccess to direct website.com to www.website.com. Maybe someone else can follow up and expand on that a bit. Just trying to help. Looks like WIKI is still your google traffic driver right now.

That wiki entry had actually been deleted but since it was still number one, I decided to edited it and put my domain so at least people can still find me. I assume wiki will remove that soon though.

Right now I am just considering taking my database and starting again on a whole new domain. I know it has nothing to do with my number of backlinks etc because I have literally hundreds. And Yahoo and every other engine has no problem with it.

I could try that www. thing if someone can explain how I'd automatically make sure everyone visits www.pesinsight.com and not pesinsight.com.

i was shown this is what you need to have in your .htaccess file. there may be a certain way to do it, but i just dropped a line and pasted this code in my file (well, not that exact same code :D) it works for me, but someone please confirm this. i don't want to mess up anyone's site. hope you get the problem taken care of soon. sucks not to see your site where it should be.
