You might want to make the screenshots a little bigger for us to evaluate.

I'd say the first one, labeled Bizz.Corp, simply because it has a great section separation. For reading purposes, white text on black is not great, but it looks cool! haha

 

First one without a doubt. Second one doesn't look like its finished though.

I vote for the first one!
Second one looks amateurish to me.

 

first one looks like something youd see on templatemonster.com and the second one looks like something a 13 year old kid made here on the dp forums.

Yep, I'd have to go with the 1st one aswell.
Maybe you could tell us what the website is about so we know which design is more suitable?

I have to agree with the majority, the first one looks much more clean and professional of the two.
