    what eroker said.

    Also Sunday

Saturday is bad for my expensive products, and good for my cheaper products.

Yup. Sundays are low. I generally find more info over the weekend vs buying/selling products. And I live on the US West Coast and I find that generally in the mornings between 5 and 8 Am are good times to buy and sell Monday through Thursday. And sometimes between 10 PM and 1 Am Monday through Thursday.

That's odd....Sundays are actually the most profitable for me - almost without exception. I consistently make 50%-100% more sales on Sundays than the other days of the week. I always assumed it's because most people have to work on Mondays, they tend to stay in on Sundays - to surf the net amongst other things. I haven't noticed any other trends and haven't had a chance to analyze my sales data to look for them - which I should at some point.

I agree that it depends on the line up of products you push. Overall for my efforts from both sides of the aff/merch table - Sunday-Tuesday, and Thursday seem to be the norm for spikes for me, sometimes Saturdays but only on a few products. I think it's actually really neat (data mining) to 'people watch' or 'conversion track' human behavior on bigger levels like this - you can predict things easier, and thus act on them. **If you know your most popular day, run a promo on that day, do upsells on those days, do geo targeted promos if you know that NYC is your best converter etc...

If you count EPC then Saturday is the best and it's all downhill then until next Saturday.
By volume weekend and Wednesday are largest.

That's specific to my product mix. YMMV

    Same here, and same here.

Don;t know why, but Thursday I usually get about 4X more conversions, and Saturday about 2X more than normal.

I think it really depends on a product.

I noticed that some products sell like hot cakes no week-ends while others don't and vice-versa.

That is why you diversify ;)
