My SEO client needs me to buy domains that will most likely be PR7+ after the next PageRank update. Now that PageRank is just about dead, I'm having some trouble converting our agreement into the more reliable Moz & Majestic metrics of Domain/Page Authority, mozRank & Citation/Trust Flow. Obviously it's been almost a year since the last PageRank update so there are plenty of domains out there that will have great metrics that are almost certainly going to jump up to PR7, PR8 or PR9 after the next PageRank update. Then how awesome would it be to go to the customer "There, see, I told you it would jump to PR7!" What DA/CF/TF etc would I be looking for to find one of these "Sure To Become PR7+" hidden gems?
... when I'm buying expired domains, I'm generally looking at the link profile of the site. Some key things would be: - obviously the site hasn't been link spammed. Moz doesn't filter this at all. Often times the sites with the highest DA are full of link spam. - The quality of the linking domains. Links from other sites that have high TF, MR. Especially ones that would be very difficult to obtain in any other way. Also, I don't buy sites that have been parked. A site might have had great backlinks from top sources, but if the site was parked for a year, it's going to be hard to rehab it.
ther are lot of other things but they are just secrets who only google know.so no one can predict what will be pagerank except google.
natural and quality PR8,9 backlinks makes a PR7 a real PR7, nothing else. Luckily backlinks' PR is not likely to be changed from one update to another so you can predict.
