    I assume 0.5% is pretty low :)

It all depends on how competitive the market is, but you should be aiming for at least 1%.

Have you tried writing new adverts?
    What are your minimum bids?

I agree that it depends on the market, but no matter how competitive i think you should set your standards higher than 1%.

If you're getting anything between 3-4%, you should be sitting pretty.

Your minimum bids will continue to increase unless you sort out your campaign. Delete it and start over, after having learnt how to set up a campaign properly.

Your low CTR suggests that your keywords aren't targeted enough. If they are, you haven't split them up into tightly focused ad groups and written custom ads for each one.

It may also be that your campaign was set up fine but that your bid is too low, leaving you on Page 2 or at the bottom of Page 1. Where does your ad appear? Did you set up the campaign properly?

Leave some details about your campaign, save the exact keywords. Then, we might be able to help you.

Well.. first day I was #1, then suddenly it went inactive and google asked $5 for it.. and I didn't do anything..

PS: All the kw were in the same adgroup

PSS: I did a little test today for a kw.. when being alone in the ad group google was asking $5 for it (the ad reflected the kw and the landing page as well). After I moved it back to the "big" group together with the other kw, the min bid went back to $1 and then to $0.5

    I'm clueless :)

(I can PM more details if someone wants to help .. )

    Thanks a million! :D
