What ctr do you consider good for an arcade?

Ive heard 2% is great, what do you consider good?

a good aim is 2% i would say that perfect with my arcade ive had CTR up to 4-5% cus of ads and wher they was placed

and my earning rockets but them my site gets crisized cus of they said my website was made for adsense ( bad thing).

so i redesgined my website and now

My returning visitor have grown bigger

adsens ctr gown down to around 1-2%

so earning have gown down but more returning vistors is what an early site should look for with adsense


traffic first then earning after

For an arcade? I'd say 5% would be a darn good CTR.

 

Mine would be 1%-1.5%

 

I don't know why people concentrate on ideal CTR when it is not something under publisher's control.

No doubt with ideal ad placements we can improve our CTR but working on something to get specific number for CTR sounds something strange to me.

If you are doing everything naturally, then be calm what ever CTR you get.

Try to get arcade script where before you play some game it shows first 5secounds adsense ads and than only you are allowed to play, By this you can get stable ~3-5% . If need I have this script also...

 

Simple, Leaderboard, large rectangle at top, search bar at bottom

The key is to focus the ads on the top of the page. The reader will be keen to read at the top and a lot of visitors won't visit the bottom or be interested in the bottom of the page. infilitrate and target the top.

 

Anything between 3 and 5% is pretty good.
