Many webmasters try to get good rankings buying links. There are many criterias of estimation the websites before buying links on them. So what criteria do you use?
whether to buy the links or get it otherways, there are certain factors to consider. check to see whether the site you are getting link from is running on a dropped domain or not. you can use http://www.archive.org to lookup the domian name in question to see if the archived page is the same as the current page. if you see a different site on archive, then it is likely that the domain can be dropped and someone else bought it to capitalize on its PR. also chk domaintools.com to see when the domain was registered and when when the new site started. if you see the domain was registered in 2002 and the blog only has post for the last 11 months, at the same time archive shows a different page for the site as of last year, then it is a dropped domain and i would stay away. check the site's backlinks. more backlink the site has, more quickly your link will be followed and googlebot will keep following your link on every visit. check the site's theme. if the site you are getting link form is relevant to your site's theme, then that would be ideal see how old the site is. again, you can use domaintools.com to chk that. older the site is, more content the site has, and more backlinks the site has, more valuable the link will be. there are lot of other things to consider but above the the most important
I would think the better idea is not to buy links at all. Google will frown upon that if they think your links are paid. All I can say is Buyer Beware.
Well buying links from other niche site is definitely a good idea.. what i will say to ma experience. How can google know about it?? haha
But if you are consciously commenting dofollow blogs to get links or use any similar methods (that give no traffic, but just backlinks) - isn`t that black hat? Thanks for answer!
