What CPM/PPC program accepts warez forums?

    I was wondering what programs accept pay per click from warez forums with adult, and same with CPM.

    Does cpx interactive accept warez? I seen them on some warez sites

    the second CPM from this list one accepts warez for sure, dunno about others.
