What CPM do you get on Arcade sites?

    It was low CPM. I'm not using any more any ads on arcade site.

    Is there an alternative to YPN/adsense that allows images next to ads (besides affiliate programs)?

    AdEngage, they advertiser can select images they won't next to ads.
