    Where is the list of countries that I can sell to with clickbank?
    I want to use adwords, but I don't want to select countries that don't accept clickbank payments from my US based site.

    Just click on the pay button of any of the clickbank products and then you'll have a dropdown menu at the top with all the countries.

    No, umm, I always limit myself yo US, UK, Australia & Canada, because from other countries I get more refunds than from these. So I wouldn't choose more than that, plus you will save on clicks, EU people are less intended to buy than Americans.

    New Zealand is an overlooked country, but it is worth it.

    dog_24 is right, you don't want to target everyone.
