Back in 1997 I used to own cardstore.com thouroughly regret lettin it go, that was back before I really knew anything about internet... Probably could have made bank with it today.
yeah, when people like something indeed, they will try their best to keep it, and maybe they call it cherish. it's intelligible.
I mean I didn't have the time to develop the website yes it should be avalible now check yourself - http://whois.sc
I've never really had domain names I had to let go of. I do like the current domains I own. Most of them are the exact keywords I' after.
ebay.com j/k I have owned and dropped hundreds if not at least 1k+ domains over the years. They all seem to blur nowadays.
I owned "http://www.heroine.com" way back when yahoo was just a link directory. I always liked that one, and that memberance is what motivated me to reply to this thread. I also owned "http://www.webmastertools.com" which I sold to a Frenchman after holding it for years. I now blog at my name site, "http://www.mattharmon.com"
Boy oh boy I don't even know where to begin with this one. I remember 10-15 years ago whenever I'd be starting a new company I wouldn't even have to think about the domain name - EVERYTHING was available. I have a ton I let expire... but fortunately I held on to a couple - including a .com of my own last name which I think is pretty cool.
