What Converts more 'Bing' or 'Google'

I have been advertising on both Google and Bing and have been getting good results. However i need to know the right way to be listed on Bing, it seems it picks rankings from google and has no proper algorithm for organic listings.

Google should convert better compared than Bing. It is because Google has dominating the worldwide traffic. If check from Alexa website, Google is currently ranked number 1 in the worldwide in terms of the traffic it is having.

The amount of traffic share a search engine commands has nothing to do with the conversion rate of visitors from said search engine.

People who buy things are more likely to use G over B? That's ridiculous. The search engine that produces a visitor has no relevance on their odds of converting to a sale.

I wouldn't take anything in this thread to seriously -- you need to test what works best for you and push that over the other.

See, more people here are recommending Google so there is less competition over at Bing meaning it could be cheaper per click for you so each would have it's benefits (overall traffic vs cost).

Keep trying them both, see what works for you and then increase your budgets in whichever works best.

Google - I do not know many people that use Bing. This could change eventually though.

I agree with one comment here, you can't decide as lots of factors matter. But, according to my results, Google is way better than Bing, and it's because of various reasons.

1st - Google has the most 'actual' buying traffic.

2nd - You can easily dominate Google with long-tail keywords, even in paid advertising.

3rd - If you're in a micro niche, Google will definitely have more targeted customers than Bing.

Conversion does not depend on search engine. It depends on the kind of visitors who are visiting your website. You need to optimize your website according to your target audiences so that you can get conversion either from Google or From Bing.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

I think it doesnt matter which one...all depends if the keywords for which you ranked are appropriate to your services, and also whats your Convert ratio.

For me personally, Google and Bing convert just about the same, but to my huge surprise, Yahoo Gemini ads gave much better conversions and higher ROI.

Yes Google gets a lot more traffic but the question is what converts better. In my opinion Bing ads works way better dan Google because the people on Bing are less skeptical and are willing to buy more than people from Google. I know this because I used both networks ;)
