What company is the best other than paypal?

    I would have to say that the best payment gateway besides paypal would have to be plimus, because it supports things like paypal.

    Well, it depends on your business quite a lot. For instance, if you operate locally, a local payment processor will be your best bet. Even if you operate worldwide, you can find a better solution than paypal based on your business specifics.

    Here in my country( in my opinion) the first option goes with moneybookers and only the second is paypal. This is because moneybookers offers a prepaid card attached directly to the money into the account while paypal only offers the possibility to withdraw the money on some VISA cards that must be firs verified.

    Unfortunately PayPal is the number one, but there are great alternatives like MoneyBookers. I've found that PayPal has the most resources available for it on the web and therefore is easier to integrate.

    really depends on what you are looking for in terms of payment processing. If you have a digital media and you are selling that like an ebook or video, you can go Click Bank. Using that you don't even have to worry about even having a merchant account.

    I prefer Libertyreserve coz the exchange rate is higher than paypal or alertpay, Libertyreserve is 20% higher exchange rate than paypal in my country (Indonesia)

    Moneybookers is the best alternative of paypal that is working in almost all the countries and fees are also a bit acceptable.

    saving this thread cause with the closing of paypal accounts ive been seeing on warrior has me scared. I recently called paypal one night just to ask them about what not to do and all they say is make sure what you sell is your stuff. but still keeping me eye on them.

    I haven't came across any problems with using Paypal. I heard that Alert Pay was pretty good. I haven't heard much about moneybrookers so I'm going to look into that as well.
