I currently have 5 domains with godaddy, 1 of which will be for a serious business. I need to buy 3 more domains related to the business. Now lately i heard some horror stories of godaddy closing accounts without notice and such, dont know if they are true. But which company would you guys suggest for serious business domains. I currently dont have alot of money so i cant afford enom or so on. Please help

Well, both are good. The Namecheap name may just give you the feeling that you are dealing with a cheap business but it is not.

I don't think GoDaddy would close your account unless you belong to a country which it does not accept or use your domain name for phishing or other illegal services.

Either of them is Good, if you dont violate the ToS of either of them they wont shut you down, By rule of thumb.

I have registered my domain names with both. 1 with godaddy and 3 with namecheap. Both seems good for me. I have not yet experienced anything bad about them.

I think that godaddy is one of the best . I suggest that you have upgrade your domain by entering the text every day then the godaddy shall not close your account.

They are prob both ok, but I had a really bad experience with Namecheap that I haven't used them ever again.

They didn't release domain in time and I ended up loosing it.

Luckily, I got it back 1.5 years later more or less...

Because of that, I prefer Godaddy.
