what colors/style/etc do you recommend for a diet website for 30 years old women?

    i have a diet site that is visited mostly by 25-34 years old women.
    The profile of this market is women who start to feel they are loosing their attractiveness and start looking for diet, nutrition tips to get in shape again.
    i think needs a redesign, colors, text, etc.
    what do you recommend?
    currently i have this:

    it could be great, but the website is about all type of diets, not only special k.. but the light colors seem to be a good idea.

    Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the green, I would change that. I would copy their colors too if you haven't already.
