    Not sure, but you can do the same work by using joomla.

    Why have you liked that? There are too many "coming soon" messages on site:D

    Most likely this is custom-coded, I couldn't find any indication whether this site was powered by scripts such as Joomla or WP.

    Yeah maxxcwl is right, its only php, no CMS is used . See that website in builtwith.com [i can't post live links yet.

    Whenever i have to find out the technologies used behind a website i use builtwith.com , really handy site.

    I Like their design, the idea / concept, the clean URLs, the polls, Valid (W3C) HTML and a lot more about the site.
    Actually yes there are a lot of "coming soon" pages but I am observing this site for the past 1 week and believed me the only page with contents a week back was the Home page, all other pages are empty, so it seems that the site's contents is growing really fast.
