What CMS does a site like squidoo or ezine use. I want to have a site that users can register and post articles.

I don't really want something like squidoo lens. I just want a CMS where authors can login and post an article, and only me and them can edit the article

I think articletrader has what I want, but the installation is what I have to learn.

I thought about wordpress, but the problem with it is that I cannot resist certain users from changing an article. I want only the author to be able to change the article.

    Thanks everyone for the reply.

Well as justinlorder said, Wordpress is the mother of all CMS Articles based.
coolsleek - as far as I know only the author can change the article.

Also.. I`ve used to own a website and post articles on it using PHP-fusion - It`s not really an Article based CMS but it does the job pretty well, and as a + it has an embedded forum into it so your visitors can say there opinions.

Hope my post was helpfull for you,and why not others.

The installation is pretty simple and straight-forward. Give it a shot, you will find it quite easy to install and use :)

If you want I can do it with wordpress and optimize it for search engines at a reasonable cost.
