What cms is this?

    I see a bunch of scripting sites using the same structure anyone know what they are using, is it a directory cms or something?

    no it isnt cms for sure ... its some script ... do u know anymore of this type sites ??

    there is alot more just can't remember all the sites. Are these sites custom building the CMS for these? I know the hotscripts.com cms cost like 20K, any know.
