what cms is this

    Probably not a CMS, yes many (including myself) still code by hand.

    If you check the links on the bottom they all end in .cfm which screams Cold Fusion (unless mod rewrite, doubt it though). I think this would narrow the options down to a few dozen, and that does not include the major ones (drupal, nuke, etc)

    i think it's using acustom cms but my offer is using joomla for it. you can make the same site with joomla
