what CMS is this?

    I like very much this website design.In italy is very unusual(we are late than US e UK)
    and i want to know what kind of cms is this? it's possible to buy templates of this ?
    Can I insert a live video chat one to one (a big one) in a column?

    This is one giant page, and I am not sure this was done with a CMS at all. There is Flash and everything else is just boxes down the page.
    Regardless, there isn't need for profanity. I am sure most people would have answered you sooner, but the "F" word just makes them not want to respond.
