Hello I am looking to make a website similar to http://biggestmenu.com [People making profiles and sharing pictures of food] I am assuming that this website is a custom script, but would like a CMS similiar to it as a starting point. So far I found the script for http://recipesbasket.com which has most of the components I need but would need a lot of design work. [Which I am fine paying for someone to take this design and making something nice] Any help would great.
That is a custom script. However, with a few plugins and custom tweaks, one could easily develop an identical site using Wordpress.
