    I am tring to find out what cms is used for a site.

    So far I could not understand.

    I also thinkits a premium theme but what about the CMS ? its not wordpress or joomla or drupal. What else ?

    Agree, definately not joomla.
    I know wp can be modified in this way to hide all signs of cms. But wp-admn folder stays intact.

    However with this, eveything is odd :S

    looks like exclusive script, xhtml template is creating as payed site template without cms specification
