It code looks similar on both pages, but "custom" doesn't necessarily mean "one of a kind" - a custom script with some minor modifications is still custom, in that it is a custom product and not based on already existing platforms. However, the code for those pages is HORRIBLE. It's... wow. It's so bad it's hard to say what they even tried to do. They've used XHTML tranny doctype, and there is a missmatch set of closing tags, they've used <font>-tags, they have a mixup of HTML and inline CSS and scripting, of which any of it is of any use, and so forth and so on. Recreating the look should take a day or two at most, recreating (or actually creating) a proper database in the background, together with the background / server code should take a few more days. The script, if it is custom, and paid, should reallly not cost more than $5, because that's how bad it is.
