What causes the domain valuable?

    Hi Every one..
    What do you think the domain is valuable?
    If a domain With PR3 , Aged, Dmoz listed and then Listed in Business dmoz directory sector.. what the domain is valuable? any suggestion for price for domain criteria like it?
