What categories should i use?

I have purchased directory that has been a general directory for a good amount of time and it has 12,000 links (most of which are spam). I am going to erase almost all of it and turn it into a media directory.

I am here to ask what categories should i have? What kind of websites should i accept? I have looked around and there are not a lot of these kind of directories.

    Thanks for the help

Ok, so you have a directory with 12,000 links, and you are just going to 'erase' mostly all of it and start a different directory.

Well, it's a no brainer as to why you are visually in red rep.

Good job in wasting people's time in submitting to your site, only to be deleted afterwards.

I think I'll add some more red rep to your already rep rep.

Start a new media directory on a new domain. A fresh start will be better than building on an exisiting junk yard.

As for the current directory, begin a process of removing spam links, editing links, re-categorising etc. GOod luck.

You are here to ask questions, and therefore are responsible to provide as much information as possible; which you did not.

I just love when people go back and edit their posts and add things to it, after the fact, so as to try and not look as bad, when initially called out.

IF, that is your directory in your sig, and only if, I'm just going to love to see how you fit and retain the paid listings that reside on your latest links section, that do NOT pertain to anything media, and yet still, keep it a 'media' directory.

Also you again failed to specify what type of media. there are hundreds of 'media' associated aspects out there.

I agree with removing the links, but be carefull what you remove.
Links like " Amsterdam escrorts" are not considered porn links ... there are many other similar situations like this ..
