What cards working with XOOM for send money? I living in Mexico = thanks

    Hello

    I like me know what cards work with XOOM?

    I have asked to XOOM on if it works the card Payoneer and other a lot of cards but always say me that NO, that has to be issued in USA (Payoneer is issued in USA, I no understand because XOOM say me no work....).

    I think that the NetSpend works, but somebody has to receive it in USA (do not live in USE) and do not know to anybody there of confidence.

    Can you help me??
