Haha. I love my TL. Had a 2001 3.2CL Type S prior to the 05 TL and loved it as well. They had a bad transmission issue with the CL, and I went through 3 of them in 4 years. Even with these tranny problems I loved the car. Ran as strong when I turned it in with over 70k miles as it did when it left the showroom. What I really like about Acura is their attention to detail and all of the technology the build into the car. As for the TL you can do anything with your voice, integrated bluetooth for your phone, the NAVI kicks ass, etc. If you're into the technology I'd definitely suggest checking it out. Even has 5.1 DTS surround sound and DVD-Audio support built into the car.
Thanks for the info, I will be needing to buy another car soon and want all my options possible, reviews from current drivers of a particular car of course are always welcomed
Ahh... a weeks holiday :-D. Well I said I'd post a picture of my first car, but got sidetracked by a trip back to my old uni to see a few mates for freshers week. So hung over... Anyway, this is the car I was talking about in my original post... On an unrelated note, the way this thread's gone I should really have signed up to that whole ad revenue sharing thing before posting! - Jamie
I don't know about San Diego, but in Leeds, UK the place is full of people waiting to remove speed limiters for about fifty quid... sure you can find someone :-D
Yep, and I believe alot of cars a new computer control chip is all it takes, getting one installed legally in a state is another subject though. I have yet to have my mazda kick out on me, then again I've only got it up to around 150 mph, still gotta try getting it a little faster.
I've decided to be fair to all continents. Currently I drive: 2000 Acura Integra Type R 1995 Mustang GT 1990 BMW 325i Ok so I've missed several continents. Don't think we have African cars imported to the US...
Besides a built Jeep, I have a 2004 Audi S4. Previously I had a 2000 S4. I also had a yellow 2000 Porsche Turbo, which I loved more than life, but decided to turn it in until the kids are out of car seats. Definitely going back to one when my current S4 lease is up.
Joys of living on an island - until a month ago, I drove an ancient Peugeot SV80. 80ccs of pure power (just upgraded to 125cc Daelim.) No winter here! BP
True. But the new bike is better. Was spending $12 to fill up the SV80, getting about 80 miles. With the new four stroke 125cc, I get 150km (a bit more - like 95 miles) for $8. And with 22 square miles to explore, that 150km lasts me about two weeks. Yay Bermuda! BP
Hey I just noticed your name BillyParadise. Let me ask you a question. This might have been asked somewhere else and this has nothing to do with this thread. Do you ask girls "Hey want to come to Billy Paradise"? Because I'd love to hear the responses.
