I have a less than a month old google adsense site, its my first one. Yesterday, the report shows 1,014 page impressions and 34 clicks...and earnings was $1.30, that's my average daily earnings so far (lol)...I haven't gone in depth yet in analyzing google reports since I am busy with the content in my website... so does this sound good or am I wasting my time...how much should you actually earn per click to make it worth your time...
earnings aren't consistent, the adverts and commission depends on your niche content. What is the topic of your site?
my niche is the very saturated "tattoos", I combined that site too with a review of 3 tattoo websites and so far, made 2 sales from that... but then I read somewhere that tattoo is a low paying keyword... so im thinking of just removing the adsense and direct everything to the affiliate products...
just focus on your content for now, if you will need to post every day, just make you some time to analyze your ad placement, try different formats, different placement, and stick with the best. If it is a blog it is normally lower CTR than other sites, 3-4% i think it is good. If your traffic will get up, i suggest you to find other sources of income, do paid reviews ( try reviewme.com ). research other ways to make money with your blog and you will find a lot more information than i know
Earnings are never consistent they are extemely vairabile just analyse what happens over the next week
