What can you say about my design guys?

this is my first thread here..and i just want to know what do you my skills in web designing. im not sure myself if i am really good at it or what will be my rating on designing.

Hope you could leave any feedback.

Both of them are very professional looking. The top one needs the footer filled out a bit though. The bottom one looks great! One a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say the top is about a 5 and the bottom is a 7.

I can say that :

#1 You posted in the wrong section

#2 The first one looks cheesy and like it's from 2006. Also the images are total misfits.

#3 The second website looks a tiny bit better but it has an amateurish aura and it is kind of cheesy as well.

I like the first one, it looks very professional and a decent contrast in colors. Colors are huge when designing web pages. Check out http://www.avangate.com/community/resources/article/color-web-site.htm , they explain in detail color choices as well as the importance of contrast. The second one it a good start but way too much blue. Too much of one color makes it easy for the vistor to become distracted.
