    there is a lot empty page, and visitor has scroll down to see recent post, .... why not you move recent post in the empty page, that would be nice, other wise in the bottom you can put link exchange or other web directory

    I have already added recent posts widget at the right top side but it takes few time to open. And how is my ads placements and their colors. Any thing else you want to say

    i have seen your blog it's average.
    you should use any simple template through which your blog can open quickly.
    you should also blend your ads effectively that use could not distinguish between the posts and ads.never try to empty your any page.

    I'd agree with the usman on this. Best results I've achieved have been to blend adword units with the page not to make them stand out. If you make them stand out as you have then they are blatant ads. Blending them into the page makes them look more like natural links which are a part of your site which I've found encourages more visitors to click on them...

    please use any other.
    There are lots of free blogger templates.
