Hi this question is bugging me. I have a few questions actually. 1) If MRR/PLR have giveaway rights, what can you give away, can you or can't you include all inside the original package including ebook, software if any, graphics, squeeze, salespage, minisite if any? 2) Can you or can't you pass on the MRR/PLR/RR rights to the person you are given the product to? 3) The license doesn't say anything about which part of the package can be given away. Thanks in advance for your expert advice.
The more important question is where did the PLR come from? Did you buy it, and if you did, did the purchase include PLR rights? There are various sites that offer PLRs but that doesn't give you resale or re-distribute rights. You might want to raise the same questions to the source of your PLRs. Hope that helps. Hi Cecille thank your fast response - well i am a lifetime paid member of a PLR/mrr club and some of the products are MRR with giveaway rights. And I asked the membership owner and said that if it says giveaway rights the I can giveaway the product, but didn't specify what i can give away. I assume I can give away the whole thing including the squeeze page, minisite if any, ebook if any, manual, graphics, software and all graphics if any. Okay if it says that i can give it away - What i am asking is do i have the right to pass all the contents in the original package including the MRR/plr license to the person I am giving it to, the same thing if i am selling it? Or is it just (giveaway) the main ebook, or the main software/manual MINUS all the graphics,squeeze and mrr/plr license? Thanks again. I appreciate any good response, thank you.
With MRR you can do anything you want with the content that you have. With PLR, the rights can vary, it depends on the product you buy. Usually there's a file that says what you can or can't do with the content you have. If not sure, you sure contact the creator of the product.
Hi there, If the membership owner says you can give it away, then you can give it away but not sell it. That's something you'll have to clear with the owner as well as what you can give away. Will it be the whole package? Is it ok to sell it or can it only be given as a giveaway? You need make this clear because you don't want to be distributing something you're not supposed to. PLR/MMR can contain copyright content that does not allow unauthorized individuals to distribute them to the public. If you get an all go from your member owner then great!
The product that I am referring is an MRR with giveaway rights as well as resell rights and master resell rights. So i can sell resell rights and sell master resell rights. That leaves me to my big question that if i give it away will I then have a right to give the whole thing? I am emailing my PLR provider.
It looks as if you can give it away or sell it as you see fit. If you do decide to give it away, then you can give away the whole thing since you do have master resell rights and all. Hope that helps. Have a good day!
