I was banned by google because my site was infected by a virus later I reloaded a new site map and started the site again which was spyware free, now its slowly climbing again
<<you didn't read the flowchart as i mention on my above posting.>> No I did and it was where I read I was supposed to send a reinclusion request! tom
Dealing with any type of Google penalty of ban can be a tiresome task. It is not always easy to determine exactly what Google does not like about your website. Google customer service will sometimes give a hint as to what they don't like, but even then it can be tough to correct. tukarinfobispak you don't need to tell people to look at your link 3 times. Either they will find it the first time or they are not interested. There is no need to cram it down our throats, despite how nice you think your flow chart looks.
Don't expect that your site is penalized just it because it isn't on the first page of Google. If you got maybe a million back links and then you haven't got to the first page then your site is probably penalized otherwise other webmasters are just good at SERP. Try to add more links to your site so that it would get a better position next time.
I see many of you are talking about being banned by google. This is the worse that could happen. The posting was more about the penalty which affects your position in search results. Google doesn't tell anyone that he was penalized. You can guess that..but you don't know the reason. If you are sure you don't brake any google rule what else can you do?
I think in this circumstance, you need to contact the google to solove this problem. They are always kindly to help you
it could also be a result of "spam injections", check your site for possible attacks...a bad site could have duplicated your pages and then they take the credit also you can always ask Google CSR about your site, if you think its been delisted Submit an email or a re inclusion request
how can? someone copying our site and then credit given to him/her? in my opinion, credit will given to who made it first based on release date and SE indexed. please advise.
Debach, you are completely right - but for some strange reason Google would sometimes deliver another sites if you search for exact quote from your site... It really sucks.
