What can Web Hosts also offer their Clients?

I am trying to find out what web hosts can offer their clients - I know there is the likes of RVSiteBuilder, Installatron etc, but what about other things that can be offered, either via cPanel or we could install and they could access through their accounts?

Any thoughts like software for web site submissions etc.

I guess more looking for addons that could be offered to clients - like site submission, automated things that are thrown in.

A good host should offer everything you need, but the most important thing for me is good quick support.
