They block our ads I use ieplus with ie, and it block google ads but when use Firefox+ adblock plus, it does not how do u think about this problem? block ads mean block our money

I disagree. I believe that ad blocking actually does have little effect on your earnings, as it's from users who wouldn't click on your ads anyways; low CTR leads to smartpricing, so it may even have a positive effect! If you try to push ads to users who don't want them and have installed software to prevent them, I don't think they'll want to return to your site.
you can block adblock users if you choose to. we offer this option to our customers, but the reality is customers who use adblock don't tend to click links.
