Here is our Squidoo page? Any experts out there have any suggestions - this doesn't seem to be producing any traffic as of yet. Thanks in advance for the suggestions http://www.squidoo.com/Taradel_Printing/
Have you created and submitted articles to article sites? From what I understand, that is a good part of the process.
Of course we use articles, however, we point the articles to our website - not our squidoo. Any other ideas?
1. Join some of the squidoo groups 2. Find some other lenses on similar topics then post in their guest book with a link to your squidoo lens. 3. It won't hurt to point a few articles at your squidoo lens either, but I know I always feel like I'd rather point them at my sites too. Perhaps a couple of articles could link to both?
Did you just create the lens? If so, just give it some time. I've been at it for about 3 months and am just now beginning to see traffic trickle in. Keep your lens updated and participate in the lens ranking threads here at DP
I think my squidoo lenses are in the top 10 rankings of Google largely in part because I included a link to my lenses in my articles. Just my opinion.
I think the main problem on why you are not getting much traffic is the keywords. The name of your lens (the url) is one of the most important parts of building a successful one. With each lens you should target a keyword phrase and make the content, url etc all based around that phrase. Once that is done start to write articles on based around the keyword and link them to your lens. There are already some good suggestions here already about joining groups, leaving comments on other lenses in your market etc. Hope this helps Kelly
Good day, Also do a lens of something your interested in and like. It will be allot easier and believable for you and others because you have a passion for the subject matter and not just doing something for the sake of doing something. I see many lenses like this and I can tell right away they don't really know the subject matter. The squidoo queen book is a good guide for squidoo, the layout could of been a bit better but I like the forum she provides.
