    actually I kinda like it... its clean and has a tasteful use of flash unlike a lot of other sites. maybe for the background you should go with a lil darker gradient or something... but overall its nice.

    Design is not bad.But i think you play more with colors and CSS.Also if you make some profession header image that would be better and make some more space in the home page.
