what can we do from expired or deleted domains

    im having question. lots of people talk about deleted domains. but i dont know what we can do from it. acctualy what is the importence of deleted domains?

    Some expired domains have already indexed on search engines and links from other sites. So you don't have few days for search engine to index your site and links means free traffic to your site :D

    Some domains are valuable and the owner forgot to renew it,so you can GRAB it ;)

    Some expired domains have high PR, so it's good for building a word cloud site.
    Now some of word cloud sites are using expired domains with PR.

    how can i buy an expired domain ?
    for example this domain : bechanced.com has expired in October!
    but if i try to buy it then the Registrar says it is taken!
