    I just worry on building links and all I can think is targeting which are DoFollow sites which somehow give me backlinks.

    Hey, friends no follow links on drive traffic but dofollow links consider as a back links. Its not help in ranking.

    These types of links do bring someone of a benefit but also you should see if any of those sites get any legit amount of traffic this way you know which ones you should focus on first. I remember someone once said, a link is a link and the important thing is to diversity your link portfolio and have links from different sources and types.

    NoFollow links are still good for your site. Don't think that if the link is nofollow it wil not help your site, but instead use this links to boost the traffic of your site.
