Well, to be honest, when you look at it, you can make any website you want because it doesn't really relate to anything. Now, what my mind would go towards to would be : oiuu.net --> something like an article directory or site directory b5u.org --> a blog, as it is a simple domain. I was thinking of b4u (before you) and relate it to b5u, but that is just me being foolish
The first thing that comes to mind for both domains is forums. I know there are already quite a few forums out there, but maybe a couple of different niche forums perhaps? - Web development forums - SEO forums - Bittorrent forums Research some high quality keywords and then base your url purposes around those.
oiuu.net -------- the way I see this is that this domain could be used either for a blog, or a social networking site as "oiuu" could be easily associated with the call "oi youu" or "hey youu" which seems like you are addressing your target audience. The dot net extension is another plus should you decide to go for the blog or the social networking site! And don't forget to choose a catching slogan that will speak for itself and the website... b5u.org -------- this could be a site related to let's say the top five things a person should buy or a site that lists the daily top 5 things people shouldn't buy, hey why not have them both listed on the site. A site for recommendations and comments on the daily 5 gadgets, goods or whatever floats your boat, that consumers should take into account. It has to be somehow linked to the expression "you buy five" so that people know it's a site for the top 5 good and bad goods or whatever. You can use again a slogan a logo or both so that you create a clear image in the minds of your visitors of what the site really is about.
