Im not an expert and most of my sites i have developed have failed BUT sounds like a good domain name for site that reviews different weight loss programs or diet, as in the results that people have had who have lost heaps of weight? those sort of health niches earn good paying cpc thru adsense and their are heaps of products you could use to earn affiliate commissions from too Need lots of unique interesting content, linkbuilding and traffic to see results which costs $ to invest. hope the site you develop goes well
Nice name, you could use it for multiple niche segments, one already suggested by keen4kash, others could be to have game results / who has what score in which game. You can keep updating scores of motorsports and other indoor - outdoor games and thus make a wiki for the latest ranking and results! Good Luck!
I would also go for the diet and weightloss theme,as we approach christmas and people normally want to loose weight in the new year prehaps it would be a good time to setup a site.

It could be any type of service e.g. forum posting, article writing, directory submission, SEO etc because it would imply that your service produces "extreme results".

I would go more for muscle weight gain and exercise/bodybuilding over diets, the majority of dieters are middle aged women, majortiy of body builders are young males, ahve a quick think about which target audience is more likely to find the word 'xtreme' appealing
