what can i get from these kind of domains?

    i am a new domain flipper, and i wondered what someone or some company would like to pay for domains like:
    BostonHairCutter.com, and ClothStoreBoston.com etc. is it possible that a company could pay around 100$ for these type of domains?

    and also what is 2 word domains worth like :
    halwaymag.com and CulebraBusiness.com. is it worth anything?

    If you're good at sales you could, but I doubt anyone with a lick of common sense would pay $100 for a domain without researching it first.

    you can try to approach (=email/call) existing related Boston business promoting these names to them or may wait forever for some startup business in Boston will think of registering exact your name and approaches you with an offer...
    most of them will be entirely happy with the current names they own and don't want buying anything else
    investing in GEO targeted domain is a tough business
